Insurance/Fees

I do not participate with insurance companies. This allows me to provide the best services without the restrictions of insurance and provide you with the utmost privacy of your medical information.

For those of you with insurance, please contact your insurance company to ask about out-of-network provider coverage. Most insurances will provide some coverage. I can provide a “superbill” receipt for you submit for potential reimbursement. Mental health services may also qualify for Health Savings Plan or Flexible Spending Accounts.

I accept major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Please provide notice of cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be subject to a late cancelation or no-show fee. 

I understand financial hardships occur and would like to make services accessible to everyone.  Please ask about sliding scale and payment options.
