ADHD and Psychodiagnostic Assessment

Are you or your child struggling with attention, focus, restlessness, or impulse control?

Are you struggling to understand your symptoms?

Are you feeling lost or stuck with what you can do?

Often times, different disorders can mimic one another and complicate our presentation. Psychological testing is a great way to understand your symptoms, clarify diagnoses, and direct treatment!

My comprehensive battery includes:

  • Evaluation interview
  • Cognitive testing
  • ADHD symptoms measures
  • Executive functioning measures
  • Behavior measures
  • Mood and anxiety disorder measures
  • Feedback of results and recommendations
  • Written report

What does the process look like?

In order to rule out other issues and ensure a diagnosis, I conduct a full battery taking place over 3 appointments. The initial appointment is the interview, the second appointment is the testing administration, and the final appointment is the feedback.

I believe that the most important part of the testing process is understanding what to do with the information given. Therefore, I focus heavily on helping clients understand the data and translating it into practical and real-life recommendations for their concerns.

Consultation/Supervision

"Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much" - Helen Keller

Community is so important in helping us be our best selves. I regularly seek out consultation from others as well as provide consultation and supervision to others. I enjoy collaborating with fellow colleagues and providing supervision to clinicians in training.

I am especially passionate about providing support and supervision for BIPOC women clinicians in training. I believe there are many nuances in incorporating our identity into our professional and clinical work that must be discussed and supported.
